Perineal massage is known to improve skins elasticity and flexibility in preparation of child birth. Comprising of organic evening primrose, apricot kernel, rosehip and sunflower oil. Well known for their softening and regenerative properties these oils are safe to use on any skin type to soften and condition delicate skin.  Any left over oil is safe to use as a massage oil for you or your baby. 

Performed regularly from 34 weeks pregnant it is associated with reduced risk of tears and ongoing pain after childbirth. You may also like to interested to see our peri duo care pack 

Massage oil into your perineum (the area between your vagina and bottom) 2-4 times a week for 5 – 10 minutes from 34 weeks pregnant.  (full Instruction sheet provided)

Precaution: Do not use if you have a vaginal infection, thrush or herpes

    Essential

    I used this pre-birth (not as religiously as I should have) the instructions sent with it were very clear. I didn't experience tearing and didn't encounter the burning sensation when babies head was crowning - unsure if due to use of this, but it can't hurt...
