Massage oil into your perineum (the area between your vagina and bottom) 2-4 times a week for 5 – 10 minutes from 34 weeks pregnant.
Do not use: if you have a vaginal infection, thrush or herpes
Left over oil can be used by adding a few drops of lavender or chamomile essential oil and added to your bath post delivery
