How to Use

Massage oil into your perineum (the area between your vagina and bottom) 2–4 times a week for 3 - 5 minutes from 34 weeks pregnant. Full instruction sheet provided.

Precaution: Do not use if you have a vaginal infection, thrush, or herpes.

    I used this pre-birth (not as religiously as I should have) the instructions sent with it were very clear. I didn't experience tearing and didn't encounter the burning sensation when babies head was crowning - unsure if due to use of this, but it can't hurt...
