Perineal massage oil - Perineal massage is known to improve skins elasticity and flexibility in preparation of child birth. Comprising of organic evening primrose, apricot kernel, rosehip and sunflower oil. Well known for their softening and regenerative properties these oils are safe to use on any skin type to soften and condition delicate skin.  Use from 34 weeks (Full instruction sheet provided) Left over oil can be used as a massage oil for you or baby. 

Ingredients: Calendula officinalis (flower) Helianthus annuus (Sunflower) oil, * Oenothera biennis (evening Primrose oil),* Rosa Canina (rosehip) oil, *Prunus armeniaca (apricot) oil, GMO Free Tocopherol. * Certified organic. 

Perineal Relief spray -  

Following childbirth you may or may not have had stitches. However most women will experience some form of discomfort postpartum, due to bruising and stretching of delicate perineal skin.

Relief is safe to use in the hours and days post birth (even if you have had stitches) it helps to soothe your bruised or swollen perineum, supporting the healing process.  

Spray directly onto the affected area as required. Or you can make witch hazel pads. Our clever inverted bottle aids easy application.

Relief spray can also be used on swollen painful haemorrhoids. spray RELIEF onto cotton balls, place them in a zip lock bag and store in the fridge. Place a cooled, soaked cotton ball on the haemarrhoid as required. 

Ingredients: Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Aqua (and) Phenoxyethanol, Lavandula angustifolia Steam distillate (lavender hydrosol), * Melaleuca alternifolia steam distillate (tea tree hydrosol). *Certified organic.

    Absolute essential! I have used these myself and now always buy them for every baby shower or new mums gift. The perineal oil contributed to me having no tears as a first time mum, but even so I found I kept going to the fridge for the peri spray - it's so soothing

    Absolute essentials!!!!!! I've always raved about these after seeing how great they work in practice but after personally using both these products I would not go without either. They're always ones I gift for baby showers or highly recommend. The perineal spray is incredibly soothing, I was lucky enough to not tear (I contribute a lot of this to the perineal massage!!) But I still felt uncomfortable down there and the spray was a life saver. Great on hemorrhoids too.

    A gift to myself

    I bought this little set in preparation for my second birth recently, more for the spray than the oil! I didn't get much chance to use the oil beforehand so I'm now using it as a massage oil/ under eye treatment but when I did get chance it did help me feel like I was at least doing something to help prep the skin down there. It didn't prevent me tearing in the end but nothing could due to damage a Dr did from my last birth. I didn't tear badly this time, so I'm happy!

    The spray was the MVP. This stuff is a godsend after a vaginal delivery. So refreshing and relieving. It helped my swelling go down so much faster. My recovery has been so easy this time.
