We expect that you will to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However in the event that the product does not meet your expectations or is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately to arrange a solution.

We ask you to choose your products carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
We are unable to resell your returned products in order to ensure product
integrity.

You may choose to receive a refund, exchange or credit where the product is
faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or does not do
what it is supposed to do. Perfect Potion products must be returned as soon
as possible, accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons returns are not accepted unless we sent you the wrong
product or the product is faulty. This ensures that you are not sold returned products
from other customers.

We only accept return of products that have been directly purchased from our website.
It will be your responsibility to return the item/s to us. Therefore we recommend that you use a trackable service for your own protection.
